Service Description
InfluAnswer helps creators identify, prioritize, and manage messages, comments, and opportunities across supported platforms.
Beta Service
InfluAnswer is currently offered as a beta service.
The service may contain bugs, errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, or incomplete functionality.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to connect any social media accounts you choose to connect.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your content, messages, comments, and account data.
You grant InfluAnswer permission to process this information solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Communications and Notifications
By providing your contact information and using InfluAnswer, you agree that we may contact you by email, in-app message, or push notification about the beta program, account activity, security notices, service updates, feature changes, support, and other information related to InfluAnswer.
If you provide a mobile telephone number and separately consent where required, you also agree that InfluAnswer may send you SMS or text messages for these purposes. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using the service.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, disable push notifications through your device settings, or opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance. We may still send non-promotional communications that are necessary to operate your account or provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Access accounts you do not own or control
- Attempt to reverse engineer the service
- Abuse platform APIs or integrations
No Guarantees
InfluAnswer does not guarantee that important messages, comments, opportunities, or business inquiries will always be identified correctly.
InfluAnswer may incorrectly classify, prioritize, summarize, or fail to identify important messages. Users remain responsible for reviewing their own communications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluAnswer shall not be liable for lost business opportunities, lost revenue, missed messages, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
Users may stop using the service at any time.
